- Shipping is free for all wholesale orders.
CANADA EAST (New Brunswick, New Foundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island):
- FLAT FEE
- We offer a flat shipping rate for wholesale orders: $23.99.
* If you are in the Yukon, the Northwest Territories or Nunavut please email us for shipping costs and estimated shipping times, please note that shipping times (after production) to these provinces can range anywhere from 10 to 18 days depending on the specific location.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 weeks (Monday to Friday) depending on product availability and quantities. Please note that some products are made to order, which lengthens the order preparation time.
DISPATCH
We are not able to ship wholesale orders to PO Boxes, APO/FPO or commercial mailboxes. Orders are shipped via Purolator, UPS, Fedex or Canpar depending on the destination.
DELIVERY DELAY
Normal delivery times are 4 to 10 days. Unfortunately we have no control over the delivery times of your package via the carriers. Delays can vary from simple to double depending on the time of year or weather conditions. Please note that all shipments are accompanied by a tracking number that lets you know at all times where your package is. * Please use your tracking number to schedule the delivery of your package. NO REFUNDS will be granted because you were not present during delivery and your package was returned to us!
