Refund & Exchanges

if any of our products do not suit you, we accept returns and exchanges within 21 days from the date of purchase.

Returns will only be accepted if they meet the following conditions*:

  • the product was purchased at full price (discounted products are non refundable)
  • the product and its packaging are in like-new condition (unused and undamaged)
  • the product is still available for sale (not discontinued)

For online purchases, if the product meets all the above conditions, submit your return request by clicking on the profile icon on our website and logging into your account by entering your email address, then follow the verification steps

  • submit your request from the order for which you wish to initiate a return

Refunds will cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees. As a growing small business, we aren’t currently able to cover return or exchange shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding.

All broken or damaged products cannot be refunded or exchanged

Once the return is received at our warehouse and inspected to our satisfaction by our team, we will refund the cost of the product as well as the taxes on the card used for payment

Delivery fees are not refundable under any circumstances

Due to customs regulations, we cannot accept international returns and exchanges

There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges possible on products purchased on sale or during sales events like black friday/cyber monday/boxing day

For exchanges, the returned product will be exchanged for a product or set of products whose total purchase amount before taxes is at least equal to the pre-tax price of the returned product

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return conditions mentioned above
