Exchanges & Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your order, send us an email at email@example.com. We can accept returns and exchanges on new, unlit candles. Refunds will cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees. As a growing small business, we aren’t currently able to cover return or exchange shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
